From the bedside
to the build.

I'm Marta — a registered nurse with years of experience in critical care, case management, and digital health. Today, I help digital health companies with product iteration, implementation, and adoption, bringing the frontline perspective that makes a tool something clinicians actually want to use.

Where I can help

Lane 01

Voice-of-Clinician Consulting

I review products and workflows the way a frontline nurse would, identifying the friction points that get in the way of adoption — before they show up in your churn numbers.

Lane 02

Implementation & Onboarding

I design training and lead rollout support for clinician-facing tools, grounded in change management principles that hold up during a busy shift, so go-lives don't stall once the consultants leave the room.

Lane 03

Customer Success

I bring the same instincts I used coordinating care under pressure to account prioritization, escalation handling, and building relationships with customers, the kind that turn into renewals.

Featured Work

"I didn't just translate my nursing background into customer success language — I built the framework."

I adapted the Emergency Severity Index, the clinical framework Emergency Departments use to triage patients, into the Customer Success Severity Index (CSSI). I've paired it with a daily operating tool modeled on a bedside nurse's shift-tracking sheet. Building both reflects how I think: take a system that already works under pressure, and translate it into a new context without losing what makes it work.

Why the Pivot

It started with a simple question: why do great clinicians stop using, or never start using, the tools meant to help them?

Six years at the bedside taught me the answer, and taught me how to fix it. I moved into digital health to do that work directly, and to advocate for the frontline clinicians still at the bedside, to make their work easier and more sustainable.
